Identifying Tire Pickup Sites
Tire pickup sites are identified with onsite QR codes or through the search feature on the eSRP mobile app.

Verifying tire pick ups and collection
Drivers scan a QR code at the tire pickup site to verify their pick-up on the eSRP mobile app. They also record the type of tires collected and any non-eligible materials included in the load.

Tires are in transit, on the driver's vehicle. The driver can either initiate a delivery to their own tire storage area, or leave the tires on their vehicle until they’re ready to deliver them to a processing site.

Delivering to processing facility
The driver initiates a delivery to a processing site by presenting the processor with a unique QR code generated in the eSRP mobile app. This QR code passes all the details of the driver’s current load to the processor. Once the delivery is confirmed, the driver and processor sign and complete a mobile transaction.

Transferring data
The tire processor gets the net weight of the load and identifies any non-eligible materials. All relevant data is recorded and updated through the eSRP mobile app.

Sorting materials
The processor sorts through the materials received and determines if the materials will be processed or put into storage. This is recorded in the eSRP mobile app.

Verifying materials gained
The processor places the tires into processing and records all materials gained in the eSRP app. This includes both recoverable and non-recoverable materials.

Distributing materials
Once recycled materials are processed and sorted, the processor introduces the materials into the end market and enters this information into eSRP as a disposition transaction.

eTracks review
Delivery and dispositions transactions are reviewed for accuracy by eTracks staff in the eSRP Portal before being approved. The recycled tire materials are now ready to be made into new products.
